Aztec Ruins NM Fire Management Plan

Aztec, New Mexico--Superintendent Dennis L. Carruth today announced that the draft Aztec Ruins National Monument Fire Management Plan is available for review and comment through Saturday, June 25.

A Fire Management Plan (Plan) is required for Aztec Ruins National Monument (Park) under National Park Service policy and directives. It identifies appropriate management strategies for wildland fires and fuels management.
