Phase I Design Changes (CE)


This documents that the changes to the Polychrome Area Improvements design do not have the potential to cause significant adverse impacts and no extraordinary circumstances exist. It demonstrates why the use of a categorical exclusion (CE) is appropriate and it is exempt from the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirement to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
