Brandywine Valley Trail Plan/EA

The National Park Service is making available the DRAFT Brandywine Valley Trail Plan Environmental Assessment (EA) and DRAFT Programmatic Agreement (PA) for compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) for public review and comments. This EA analyzes the potential environmental consequences of two trail system design alternatives. This EA also serves as the planning document for bicycle use on all Brandywine Valley unit trails. This PA will be implemented in accordance with the stipulations in order to comply with Section 106 of the NHPA.
