Foothills Parkway Section 8D EA Public Meeting Presentation

This is a copy of the presentation given to the public on July 30, 2024. This presentation provides background information on the proposed road project, describes the alternatives, summarizes potential resource impacts, and details how to provide comments.

Additionally, some public meeting participants asked for more details on where the 8D corridor is in relationship to their property. The Tennessee Property Viewer ( https://tnmap.tn.gov/assessment/ ) can be used to determine this relationship. Once at this website, enter Sevier County for step 1 and then either your address, name, parcel number, or subdivision for step 2 and 3. Once it zooms into your property, you can see the 8D corridor in green. See the below example (labeled TN Property Viewer) with the red arrow pointing to the NPS property.
