Clara Barton Parkway Cantilever Project Memorandum of Agreement

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the NPS has assessed the effects of this undertaking and found that it will have an adverse effect on historic properties. To resolve those adverse effects, NPS has developed a Memorandum of Agreement with mitigations.
