TUSK Draft Floodplain Statement of Findings - Tule Springs Land Exchange: Crossing C


The Floodplain Statement of Findings (SOF) quantifies the flood hazards associated with the installation of a road crossing (Crossing C of the Tule Springs Land Exchange) across an ephemeral wash within the Eglington Preserve at Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. The Floodplain SOF presents the rationale for the development of the proposed project within the regulatory floodplain of the Eglington Preserve, documents the anticipated negative impacts of these improvements on human health/life, capital investment, and floodplain functions and values, and presents mitigations to these impacts.
