Wetland Statement of Findings for Flamingo Lodge and Restaurant Florida Bay Viewshed Maintenance

The proposed Flamingo Lodge and Restaurant Florida Bay viewshed maintenance requires the National Park Service to draft and provide a Wetland Statement of Findings (WSOF) for public review and comment. The draft WSOF describes the proposed actions; provides the methods and results of the wetland delineation, classification, and functional assessment; and summarizes alternatives considered, impacts from implementing the proposed actions, and wetland mitigation and compensation measures. Comments on the draft WSOF are being accepted through Feb. 8.

A final signed WSOF is anticipated to be issued in March.
