Repairs and Replacement for FOMA Beach Ramp and Pedestrian Access

The National Park Service has determined the proposed action to stabilize and repair damage to beach access facilities caused by 2022 Hurricanes Ian and Nicole and to construct a new ADA-compliant wooden pedestrian access ramp and stairs at Fort Matanzas National Monument is necessary and consistent with Executive Order (EO) 11988, Floodplain Management and Director's Order 77-2: Floodplain Management. We invite the public to review the draft Floodplain Statement of Findings and provide comments. Thank you.
