Repair and Modification of Stewart Cabin

This proposal is to remodel and repair the existing structure owned by John and Judy Stewart. Remodeling of the structure would include replacing the foundation, replacing floor and support beams, remodeling the interior, renovating the exterior, replacing the heating and air conditioning, repairing the plumbing, and adding a handicapped accessible room (20' X 12') to the south side of the building.

A categorical exclusion (see Document List) was signed on 10/2/07 approving the landowner to proceed with the project as described.
