An open house will be held Tuesday, December 3 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Great Basin Resource Classroom in Baker, Nevada.
 
Description:
The purpose of this meeting is to collect input from the public concerning proposed improvements in Snake Creek Canyon within the park. Park staff will be available at various stations with maps to listen and record your ideas, issues and comments.

Great Basin National Park applied for SNPLMA funds for a project on Snake Creek to improve public access to areas, address portions of historic resource impacts, highlight areas of historic interest, add new trail features and facilities that will enhance the visitor experience while addressing the operational and maintenance needs of the Park.
