Western Area Power Administration is soliciting public comment for its proposed Lovell-Yellowtail No. 1 and No. 2 Transmission Line Rebuild Project. These transmission lines connect the Yellowtail Dam substation in south central Montana to Western's Lovell substation which is located southeast of Lovell, Wyoming.
