The National Park Service at Redwood National Park and Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area commenced preparation of the Invasive Plant Management Plan EA with a public scoping announcement in August, 2013. The EA was released for public review in October, 2017. Public comments were reviewed and responses prepared, along with noting text edits to the EA in late 2017 to early 2018. Evaluation of findings from the EA's impact analysis and public review took place from late 2017 to August 2018. The Invasive Plant Management Plan EA preparation is now complete and a Finding of No Significant Impact was signed on August 17, 2018.
