Richmond National Battlefield Park is seeking public comment on a draft Programmatic Agreement between the national park and the Virginia State Historic Preservation Office, relative to proposed restoration work on the exterior of the "Rural Plains" house at Totopotomoy Creek battlefield.

The public review period is from December 15, 2016, through January 6, 2017.
