The draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the National Park Service and the California State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) is available for public comment until May 28, 2019.

Step 3. Public review of draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to resolve adverse effects to historic properties *
Step 4. Finalize MOA document to resolve adverse effects to historic properties
Step 5. Implement actions identified in the Merced River Plan to remove the Ahwahnee Tennis Courts and restore meadow (and associated habitats) in accordance with the final MOA
Removal activities for the tennis courts, screening vegetation, and associated structures are anticipated to begin July of 2019.
