Record of Decision for the GGNRA Fire Management Plan

The Record of Decision (ROD) for the GGNRA Fire Management Plan describes the decision-making process that led to the selection of an alternative strategy for wildland fire management in GGNRA, Fort Point Historic Site and Muir Woods National Monument. The ROD also summarizes the outcomes of the four inter-agency consultations undertaken for the FMP FEIS and presents a final list of mitigation measures adopted by the NPS to ensure that fire management projects minimize or avoid adverse impacts to the environment to the greatest extent possible.
