Draft Programmatic and Phase III Early Restoration Plan and Draft Early Restoration Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement


The Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment Trustees (Trustees) are pleased to announce availability of the Draft Programmatic and Phase III Early Restoration Plan and Draft Early Restoration Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement. Development of this document began with a public scoping period. Your input and engagement are important to this planning process.

Interested individuals, organizations, and agencies are encouraged to provide comments on the Draft Programmatic and Phase III Early Restoration Plan and Draft Early Restoration Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement.The Trustees will accept comments from the public through February 4, 2013. To submit a comment click the "Comment on Document" button to enter and submit your comments. If you desire to submit comments that include a document, you can send your comment and the associated document to earlyrestorationcomments@fws.gov. The Trustees will accept additional public comment at public meetings held according to the schedule listed under the "Meeting Notices" link.
