This project will repair and maintain five bridges throughout the park. Federal Highways Administration has conducted thorough inspections of Pohono, Happy Isles, El Capitan, Tuolumne, and East Cascades Bridges. Some bridges have extensive scour and need substantial abutment and pier support. See the attached project description for details on all bridges. Work to begin in Fall 2019.
